Evelyn Wang, director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E), visited Colorado State University April 14 and toured the CSU Energy Institute’s Powerhouse Energy Campus and Methane Emissions Technology Evaluation Center (METEC).
CSU and the Department of Energy align on research agendas including decarbonization, energy efficiency and clean fuels. To date ARPA-E has awarded CSU close to $13.48 million in research funding; total CSU funding from the Department of Energy amounts to about $104.1 million in the last five years.
Wang’s visit also included a session with CSU President Amy Parsons.
